Pre-purchase Building Inspection Report

This report is based on a visual assessment to all accessible structural elements on the property. To identify major defects to the building structure and form an opinion regarding the general condition of the structure of the property in accordance with AS 4349.1 2007.

• Roof structure

Excluded Items

• Non-accessible areas

• Damp/water ingress defects (unless structural damage has occurred)

• Linings (carpets, plasterboard, all non-structural linings)

• Windows, doors, cabinetry, trims

• Roof plumbing, roof covering

• Water, electrical and gas services or fixtures
