Pre-purchase Building Inspection Report

This report is based on a visual assessment to all accessible parts of the building and appurtenances. This includes relevant features of the property within 30m of the building and within the boundaries of the property. Appraisal of building elements, including structural elements for the presence of defects and form an opinion regarding the general condition of the structure of the property in accordance with AS 4349.1 2007.
